Whiting-Turner innovated in several ways on this project, which helped the job finish under budget, ahead of schedule, and with minimal injuries. Additionally, the methods used helped set a standard for office-to-residential renovations. Whiting-Turner took advantage of a digital scheduling software to conduct foreman’s meetings and weekly pull planning, which allowed the project to seamlessly continue activity planning amid COVID-19 restrictions.
