The South of Main “SoMa” Site 3 building is a 14-story 300,000-sq. ft. high-rise laboratory and office tower add renovation to the existing five-story building at 238 Main Street. A central atrium connects the original building construction. The tower features a glass curtainwall facade. Site 3 serves as the home to four major lab/resea BlueRock Therapeutics, Lab Central, Beam Therapeutics, and Bayer. During preconstruction, it was Turner’s responsibility to establish a design development budget for the project, perform value management, constructability reviews, early existing conditions exploration, defining bid packages, and development of a project schedule.
