The Quality Management SOP module is part of the Standards of Practice (SOP) online program, and provides an overview of quality management goals and methods used by construction managers to ensure that the project meets the owner’s expectations. Upon completion, you should be able to define quality management and related terminology, describe the Quality Management Plan, evaluate quality assurance processes, conduct reviews for quality assurance, and describe quality management tasks by phase.
This course consists of two parts: a learning module and a post-test. Upon completion of the course and passing the post-test with a score of 70% or higher, you will receive a certificate of completion/ 1 PDH.
