This course introduces you to project management within the construction management profession. Upon completion of this course, you should be able to define project management, define its functions and goals, describe the qualifications of the project manager and team, describe common tools for project management, and explain how project management services are implemented during each phase of construction. This course also includes an introduction to program management and modeling technology.
This course consists of two parts: a learning module and a post-test. Upon completion of the course and passing the post-test with a score of 70% or higher, you will receive a certificate of completion/ 2 PDHs.
