Preparing to face ethical situations in practice requires an understanding of how to use moral intelligence both as an individual and as an organization. While the decision to practice by a code of ethics may be personal, organizations can create a culture of ethical practice for the organization, helping employees develop consistent values. This session will present a case study of how one organization embraced its values and implemented programs to build a culture of ethics through training, practice, and outreach. Attendees will see how to develop their own moral intelligence, and how those values tie to ethical practice as a Construction Manager.
